Appointed in July 2022 to undertake infrastructure works on a new industrial estate in Castle Donington next to East Midlands Airport.  

Scope of the works included: 

Installation of new foul water drainage with various depths up to 5.5m deep. 

Installation of new surface water drainage including PCC headwalls, 2.1m diameter flow control chamber 6m deep and the installation of new gully pots, land drainage and catchpits. 

NEW 1500 M² of breedon gravel footpath and timber edgings. 

Installation of new kerbs, edgings and footways. 

Service installation of street lighting, HV, BT ducting, Gas and water mains trenching. 

Installation of Substation bases 

Landscaping works 

All of the works was completed within programme and budget.
