Appointed to undertake the full groundworks package for a new tarmac plant on foundry park Ilkeston in November 2021.  

Scope of the works: 

Earthworks, New foul  and surface water drainage 

Surface water drainage including a large attenuation tank, flow control chamber, oil separator and a connection into the existing Nutbrook Culvert following an application to the environment agency. 

Reinforced concrete works for the new plant foundations and retaining walls for the new loading bay ramp. 

Ducting and installation of services. 

Kerbing, linear drainage and installation of type 1 sub base in preparation for the tarmac. 

All works were carried out on time and within budget for what has turned out to be a long standing client of ours.
